Mr. Mbangui is a 2nd class Senior Accounting Technician in public sector for more than 15 years of experience, and he has been working as the General Director of the National Institute of Employment and Profissional Training in Angola since 2018. He has courses in Employment Techniques, Professional Promotion and Supervision, Operationalization of Recognition, Validation and Certification of Skills. Committed to serve his country Angola, Mr. Mbangui participated in the regional seminar to support the development of the National Qualification Systems of the PALOP and East Timor, Learning Forum on Strategic Companies and Local Actions.
