Mohamed Alassane Touré holds a master's degree in biochemistry (microbiology option) and a postgraduate diploma (DESS) in health project management. He has worked for GIP ESTHER and Expertise France for some fifteen years. For Expertise France, he has been team leader of the technical assistance and project management for the PASST3 project in Chad (since January 2024), project leader for regional cooperation in health (CoReg) in the Comoros (March to June 2023), project leader for health projects (PASST2, MPACOS, TISSER) in Chad (May 2019-February 2023), and coordinator of health projects in Guinea (June 2015-April 2019). On behalf of GIP ESTHER, he was a regional project manager (Benin, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Cameroon, Gabon, Mali, Morocco, CAR, Chad) for psychological and social support/community health as part of the fight against STI/HIV/AIDS, based in Mali (May 2011 to June 2015) and Benin (April 2010 to May 2011).
